The next story I will be adding to the site is Tyannosaurus Fred.  The actual title is Tyrannosaurus Fred, or, What Really Happened To The Dinosaurs, but, unfortunately, the more elaborate title doesn't really lend itself well to website usage, so, I cut it down.

 At any rate, it's another cult humor fiction story that was actually inspired by a Gary Larson The Far Side cartoon I once saw that doubled me over in laughter. Gary was great, and for whatever reason, dinosaurs were a constant target of his incredible, off-the-wall humor -  which, by the way, I miss, greatly.  If, like me, you wonder whatever happened to him, I clipped this off the internet:

Gary Larson retired The Far Side on January 1, 1995, after a 15-year run, because he was exhausted by the daily grind of deadlines and wanted to avoid the "Graveyard of Mediocre Cartoons". Since his retirement, he has focused on other creative pursuits, specifically jazz guitar, while periodically releasing new, digital artwork on his official website.

So anyway, Tyrannosaurus Fred is my tribute to the many wonderful years, as well as laughs, the guy has given me. Hopefully, the story will do him justice.
